We were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, and its location close to the city center and transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The public transportation was within a short walking distance from the hotel, which made it easy for me to get to all my business meetings. The room was also cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great as it was situated in an area that had plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor and it only worked in certain areas of the room. The walls were also quite thin, which made it difficult to have privacy and I could often hear the conversations of my neighbors.

Uncomfortable chairs and beds. Limited kitchen supplies and towels that weren't up to standard.
